YouV Lifesciences Solutions Private Limited has invited applications for the position of In-house Clinical Research Associate (In-house CRA). The selected candidates will work in a hybrid setup based in Bengaluru and will be involved in clinical trial documentation, study coordination, compliance, and data quality management.

Job Type: Full-Time
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing study documentation and Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF).
- Coordinating with investigator sites, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Tracking study progress, recruitment, safety, and data quality.
- Ensuring compliance with ICH GCP E6(R3), Indian regulations, and company SOPs.
- Supporting monitoring activities, query management, and safety reporting.
- Maintaining study trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
Applicants should possess a background in any of the following:
- Life Sciences
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmacy)
- Nursing
- Biotechnology
- Other related Life Science disciplines
Additional requirements:
- 1–3 years of Clinical Research experience.
- CRO experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of ICH GCP E6(R3), NDCTR, and clinical trial processes.
- Experience with TMF, eISF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
