Department-wise Responsibilities
Production – Supervisor
- Supervise manufacturing operations for compression and coating machines.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Monitor production activities and maintain production records.
- Coordinate with production teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
Quality Control (QC) – Officer / Senior Officer
- Perform testing of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG).
- Conduct HPLC analysis and stability studies.
- Operate Gas Chromatography (GC) instruments.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with GMP.
Quality Assurance (QA) – Executive / Senior Executive
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Handle GMP compliance, deviations, CAPA, and change control.
- Manage market complaints and risk assessment.
- Prepare and review SOPs.
- Support internal and regulatory audits.
