Mandatory Requirement
- Core Solid Oral Dosage (OSD) formulation experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical method development for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Carry out analytical method validation as per ICH (Q2R1) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods using:
- HPLC
- UV Spectroscopy
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS)
- Karl Fischer (KF)
- Dissolution Testing
- Prepare and review validation protocols and reports while ensuring data integrity.
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and provide technical support to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GDP, and cGMP requirements.
- Maintain laboratory documentation, stability samples, and reference standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of analytical method development and validation.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as:
- HPLC
- UV
- Dissolution Apparatus
- GC
- KF
- Good understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an OSD pharmaceutical R&D environment.
