Key Responsibilities
Quality Control
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, TLC, KF, Potentiometry and Wet Analysis.
- Conduct raw material, packing material and water sampling.
- Perform instrument calibration, preventive maintenance and qualification.
- Review chromatographic data, audit trails and analytical reports.
- Prepare and review Analytical Method Validation (AMV) protocols and reports.
- Coordinate GLP documentation and third-party laboratory activities.
Microbiology
- Review microbiology documentation.
- Perform Environmental Monitoring in aseptic areas.
- Handle microbiological cultures and media management.
- Conduct Water Testing, Product Testing (MLT) and BET Testing.
- Validate BET, Sterility and Microbial Limit Tests.
Production
- Operate Granulation, Compression, Coating and Capsule Filling equipment.
- Operate Bottle Packing (CVC) and Blister Packing (IMA PG) lines.
Warehouse
- Perform isolator dispensing operations.
- Handle cleaning and material dispensing activities.
Engineering Stores
- Manage project materials, consumables, stationery and laboratory chemicals.
