Experience Required
- 2–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience in OSD Formulation Manufacturing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering – Technician
- Perform maintenance activities for electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing utilities.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Quality Control – Officer / Senior Officer
- Conduct finish product and in-process quality testing.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, and Dissolution Tester.
- Perform testing including dissolution, friability, and related QC activities.
- Ensure compliance with GLP and quality standards.
Formulation R&D – RA / Senior RA
- Perform end-to-end product and process development.
- Support pilot-scale manufacturing activities.
- Prepare technical and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
Formulation R&D – Operator
- Operate formulation development equipment.
- Handle granulation, compression, and coating machines.
- Maintain equipment and follow SOPs during manufacturing activities.
Production – Operator
- Operate OSD compression machines.
- Ensure smooth production operations and adherence to GMP.
- Follow production SOPs and maintain manufacturing records.
