Experience Required
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in formulation manufacturing, engineering maintenance, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Production – Injectables
- Operate compounding and vial washing equipment.
- Perform filling operations and work with PFS and lyophilization (LYO) processes.
- Operate autoclaves and perform equipment cleaning.
- Conduct visual inspection and packing activities.
- Handle blister packing, vial labelling, granulation, compression, coating, BMAX, and LMAC equipment.
Production – OSD
- Perform manufacturing and liquid line operations.
- Handle blister line production.
- Manage primary and secondary blister packing.
- Operate bottle packing lines.
- Work on BMAX and Hicard Cartonator machines.
Engineering Services
- Maintain OSD and injectable manufacturing equipment.
- Handle HVAC systems, utility equipment, instrumentation, and water systems.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Warehouse
- Manage packing material and raw material receipts.
- Perform dispensing and storage operations.
- Maintain inventory records while following GMP and warehouse procedures.
