The company is hiring both freshers and experienced professionals for its Karakhadi and Ankleshwar manufacturing facilities.

Job Responsibilities

Production

  • API and Bulk Drug manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
  • Batch start-up activities and production monitoring.
  • Calibration of weighing balances.
  • Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, batch records, and validation documents.
  • Follow quality and safety procedures throughout manufacturing operations.

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

  • Method development and optimization using HPLC.
  • Method validation as per ICH and regulatory guidelines.
  • Preparation and review of analytical specifications and Methods of Analysis (MOA).
  • Perform GLP-related activities including instrument calibration and qualification.
  • Prepare analytical documentation, reports, and protocols.

Quality Control (QC)

  • Perform HPLC and GC analysis for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
  • Conduct stability studies.
  • Review analytical results and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Follow GMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.

R&D Synthesis (CDMO, Peptides & Oncology)

  • API synthesis and process development.
  • Process optimization and technology transfer.
  • Exposure to laboratory-scale synthesis and process validation.
  • Work on CDMO projects related to peptides and oncology.
  • Knowledge of NMR, Mass Spectrometry, and IR characterization.
  • Familiarity with KSMs, intermediates, and API specifications.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers (2026 pass-outs) are eligible for:
    • Production (B.Tech Chemical Engineering)
    • Quality Control (M.Sc./M.Pharm)
  • Freshers to experienced professionals (up to 8 years) can apply for ADL.
  • Candidates with 2–8 years of experience are eligible for R&D Synthesis roles.
  • Candidates should possess relevant pharmaceutical or API industry knowledge according to the applied department.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of API manufacturing and pharmaceutical operations.
  • Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good documentation practices.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
