SP Accure Labs, a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company specializing in sterile injectable formulations, is conducting a Walk-in Interview for experienced Quality Control (QC) professionals. The company is hiring Executive / Senior Executive candidates with experience in Injectable Formulations. Candidates with 2–8 years of experience are invited to attend the interview at the company’s manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. Immediate joiners and male candidates are preferred.

• B.Pharm
• M.Pharm
• M.Sc.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–8 years of experience in Quality Control within a Formulation Injectable manufacturing environment.
• Experience in regulatory pharmaceutical companies.
• Formulation Injectables experience is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Male candidates are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Raw Materials

• Perform sampling of raw materials and packing materials.
• Handle sample labeling, calculations, and SOP compliance.
• Prepare volumetric solutions and perform titrations.
• Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV, IR, SOR, Karl Fischer (KF), and KFC.
• Conduct water sample analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, MHRA, WHO, EU, and TGA.
• Follow GMP, GLP, and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
• Support deviation investigations and documentation.

In-Process / PV / Finished Product Testing

• Perform IP, Finished Product (FP), and Process Validation (PV) testing for Injectable and OSD products.
• Operate Waters Empower software.
• Troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• Conduct OOS, OOT, and hypothetical investigations.
• Perform instrument calibration and qualification.
• Maintain accurate analytical documentation.

Stability

• Manage stability chambers.
• Perform stability sample management and protocol execution.
• Prepare stability reports and trend analysis.
• Handle long-term, accelerated, intermediate, and photostability studies.
• Operate HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution Apparatus (Type I, II & III), Hardness Tester, and Friability Apparatus.
• Conduct OOS/OOT investigations.
• Ensure compliance with ICH Q1 Stability Guidelines.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with analytical laboratory instruments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and data integrity practices.
• Experience with regulatory documentation.
• Knowledge of Waters Empower software.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
