Job Responsibilities
Raw Material (4–5 Years)
- Perform raw material testing using analytical instruments.
- Operate and maintain IR, UV, Karl Fischer, Auto Titrator, HPLC, Viscometer, and Melting Point Apparatus.
- Conduct chemical analysis as per SOPs.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Raw Material (6–7 Years)
- Perform advanced raw material analysis using IR, UV, Karl Fischer, Potentiometer, HPLC, GC, Viscometer, and Melting Point Apparatus.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Prepare analytical reports and maintain documentation.
Finished Goods
- Perform finished product testing.
- Conduct analysis using HPLC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer, and physical parameter testing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and records.
AMV (Analytical Method Validation)
- Perform Analytical Method Validation (AMV) activities.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC.
- Execute validation protocols and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control laboratory operations.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical analytical instruments.
- Experience in HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Karl Fischer, Auto Titrator, Potentiometer, and Dissolution testing.
- Strong documentation practices.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in a regulatory pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
