Job Responsibilities
QC – Chemist
- Perform testing of raw materials, bulk products, and finished cosmetic products.
- Carry out routine laboratory analysis.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and records.
QA – NABL
- Prepare Quality Assurance documentation.
- Develop and maintain SOPs.
- Conduct internal quality audits.
- Support NABL assessment activities and regulatory compliance.
Chemist – Globules (Production)
- Execute batch manufacturing activities according to BMRs and SOPs.
- Monitor production processes.
- Handle raw material dispensing, mixing, and batch processing.
- Maintain production documentation and GMP compliance.
AM – Engineering Maintenance / Project
- Lead utility, maintenance, and engineering project activities.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and spare parts.
- Manage contract manpower and engineering resources.
Jr. Officer – Electrical
- Maintain electrical systems, motors, lighting, utilities, and electrical panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults for uninterrupted operations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Good understanding of GMP documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality systems and production processes.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance expertise (Engineering roles).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
