Job Responsibilities
Quality Control
- Perform analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Finished Products (FP), and Stability Samples.
- Operate and maintain HPLC and Gas Chromatography (GC) instruments.
- Work with LIMS and Empower Software for analytical data management.
- Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with GLP, GMP, and SOPs.
- Ensure timely testing and reporting of analytical results.
OSD Packing
- Handle Primary and Secondary Packing operations for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment.
- Maintain packaging documentation and batch records.
- Ensure quality and efficiency during packaging operations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, LIMS, and Empower Software (QC role).
- Understanding of Primary & Secondary Packing processes (OSD role).
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of GMP compliance.
