Open Positions:
Executive/Senior Executive – Maintenance Engineering (OSD)
- Experience: 2-7 years in Pharma Industry
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
- Job Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of production and packing equipment’s like Fluid bed driers (FBD) Compression machines. Coating machines. Blenders. Rapid mixture grinders (RMG), Capsule filling machines, Blister packaging, Bulk counting lines, Sachet filling lines. Serialization equipment’s, inspection systems.
- Troubleshooting Knowledge of PLC, HMI, TPCS, SCADA systems.
Executive/Senior Executive – Packing (OSD)
- Experience: 2-8 years in Pharma/FMCG industry.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
- Job Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), auger filling, auto-cartoning, case pacicing, palletizing serialization, and end of line packaging equipment.
- Perform machine setup and changeovers to ensure efficient production and product quality.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic, servo. PLC/HMI robotic pick-and-place, barcode. vision inspection, labelling, aggregation, and traceability systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
Executive: Production (OSD)
- Experience: 2-5 years in Pharma Industry
- Qualification: B.Pharm | M.Pharm
- Work Location: Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of production activities in Gramilation
- Responsible for preparation and review of IMR & BFR
- Ensuring daily cleaning activity & Machine preventive maintenance an per schedule
Executive: Quality Control (OSD)
- Experience: 2-5 years in Pharma Industry
- Qualification: B.Pharm | M.Sc.
- Work Location: Pondicherry
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Raw Material, Finished Products Stability Samples, Pacizaging
- Materials for OSD with expertise in handling HPLC
- Calibrating analytical equipment as and when required.
- To ensure GLP compliance Data integrity & safety.
