Job Responsibilities
Production – Excipients/Spheres
- Supervise and operate excipient and sphere manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Follow GMP and safety guidelines during manufacturing operations.
Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Handle maintenance of rotating equipment and welding activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery.
Research & Development (R&D)
- Conduct analytical and formulation development activities.
- Perform laboratory experiments and maintain documentation.
- Support product development and process optimization.
Utility – ETP Laboratory
- Perform environmental and utility laboratory testing.
- Monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) parameters.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.
Store/Warehouse
- Manage procurement and purchase activities.
- Coordinate dispatch operations and inventory management.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and stock records.
