Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Data Coordinator-I, you will:

  • Review and maintain electronic vendor data ensuring protocol-specified parameters.
  • Support Lead Data Manager (LDM) in developing Data Transfer Agreements and Specifications.
  • Perform query management and resolve discrepancies in external data.
  • Assist in validation review of transmitted data for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Clinical staff (CTM/CRA) to obtain and verify local laboratory ranges.
  • Perform QC of lab ranges and ensure proper documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding data transfer or validation issues.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental SOPs, guidelines, and global standards.

Required Qualifications

To qualify, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Information Technology, or allied health professions.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharma, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, or clinical trials.
  • Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and ICH-GCP principles.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
