Training Program
The selected candidates will undergo a 3-month Centre of Excellence (CoE) training program focused on gaining practical industrial exposure in the Production Department.
The training is intended to develop candidates’ practical knowledge and prepare them for real-world pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Career Progression
After successful completion of the 3-month CoE training program, candidates will be absorbed at Ipca Laboratories Ltd., Dewas API with a CTC of ₹3.40 LPA, subject to compatibility and skills.
