- Hands-on experience in microbiological testing techniques
- Microbial Limit Testing (MLT)
- BET
- Sterility testing
- Bioburden analysis
- Swab sampling and testing
- Experience in method validation and suitability studies
- MLT, BET, sterility testing and bioburden testing
- Bacterial endotoxin testing
- Kinetic turbidimetric method
- Chromogenic method
- Recombinant Factor C (rFC) method
- Culture maintenance and preservation
- Microbial isolate identification
- Culture suspension and cryovial preparation
- Microbiological staining techniques
- Experience in operation and maintenance of VITEK® 2 Compact System
- Microbiological sampling, testing and documentation
