Department-wise Requirements
Operational Excellence – Assistant Manager
Candidates should have 8–12 years of experience with B.Pharm/M.Pharm qualification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Knowledge of process improvement tools including 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Power BI, statistical analysis and Pareto analysis is required.
Packing – Officer / Technician
Candidates with 3–5 years of experience should have exposure to pharmaceutical packing operations, including Uhlmann blister packing, BQS, Track & Trace, bottle packing, labeling, case packing and primary/secondary packaging.
Packaging Development – Executive / Sr. Executive
Candidates with 5–8 years of experience and B.Pharm, M.Sc. or B.Tech Printing qualification can apply. Experience in packaging development, artwork, packaging design, BOM, specifications, change parts and technical documentation is relevant.
Quality Control – Microbiology – Assistant Officer
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience and M.Sc. Microbiology qualification should have knowledge of microbiological analysis, environmental monitoring, water analysis, media preparation and sterilization, growth promotion testing and MET validation.
