- Manage and support clinical trial site activities across global projects

- Track site performance metrics and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support clinical trial documentation and data quality checks
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical operations and site management
- 4–6 years of experience as CRA/CTA/Centralized Monitoring professional
- Hands-on experience in:
- Onsite & Remote Monitoring
- Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM)
- Global Clinical Trials
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
