Job Positions and Experience
Hindustan Laboratories is looking for professionals for two experience levels:
- Jr. Officer – IPQA: 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Officer – IPQA: 2–4 years of relevant experience
Experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting quality assurance activities across pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing in-process quality checks and monitoring.
- Carrying out line clearance of manufacturing and packing areas.
- Handling BMR/BPR and online documentation.
- Ensuring shop-floor GMP compliance.
- Monitoring manufacturing and packing activities.
- Verifying equipment, area and cleaning status.
- Handling deviations, incidents and CAPA.
- Verifying raw, bulk and packing materials.
- Coordinating with Production and QC departments.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP and GDP requirements.
- Supporting audits and regulatory inspections.
Salary and Benefits
