Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
Reporting To: Production Manager / Production In-Charge
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Execute API/intermediate manufacturing activities as per BMRs and SOPs.
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers and related equipment.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain accurate production records.
- Follow cGMP, GDP, EHS, SOP and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Warehouse teams.
- Support troubleshooting, investigations and process improvement activities.
👤 Candidate Profile
Candidates should have:
- Hands-on experience in API / Intermediate / Chemical manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of:
- Chemical reactions
- Filtration
- Drying
- Crystallization
- Experience with cGMP, BMRs, GDP, EHS and SOPs.
- Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
⭐ Preferred
- API / Intermediate manufacturing experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
