Responsibilities
Production Filling – Incharge / Executive
- Handling liquid/powder filling line operations and changeovers
- Line clearance, in-process checks and batch documentation
- Ensuring GMP compliance on the shop floor
- CIP and SIP operations
- Autoclave operations
BFS Operators / FFS Operators
- Operating Blow-Fill-Seal / Form-Fill-Seal machines
- Machine set-up, format-parts changeover and troubleshooting
- Adherence to SOPs, GMP and safety norms
Incharge / Executive – Formulations Production
- Supervising blending, granulation and encapsulation processes
- BMR/BPR review and manpower planning
- Coordination with QA/QC for smooth batch release
- Ensuring GMP compliance
Sr. Executive – QA
- QMS, change controls, incidents, CAPA
- PV (Pharmacovigilance), CV (Computer Validation) etc.
- Documentation and regulatory compliance
HVAC – Jr. Executive / Executive
- HVAC system operation and maintenance
- Documentation including SOPs, logbooks and records
- Coordination with Engineering, Production and QA teams
- Ensuring GMP, GDP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Production Filling – Incharge / Executive: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech. / B.Sc with 2 – 4 years of experience
- BFS Operators / FFS Operators: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech. / B.Sc with 1 – 3 years of experience
- Incharge / Executive – Formulations Production: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech. / B.Sc with 2 – 5 years of experience
- Sr. Executive – QA: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences) with 4 – 6 years of experience
- HVAC – Jr. Executive / Executive: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) with 1 – 3 years of experience
