  • Maintain PSMF (Pharmacovigilance System Master File) and audit readiness

2. ICSR Management (Individual Case Safety Reports)

  • Handle case intake, tracking, and reporting
  • Perform follow-ups and ensure data traceability
  • Conduct QC reviews of vendor-processed safety cases

3. Risk Management & Aggregate Reporting

  • Support PSUR/PBRER submissions
  • Assist in Risk Management Plans (RMP)
  • Monitor risk minimization measures (RMM/aRMM)

4. Health Authority Interaction

  • Act as local PV contact point
  • Manage regulatory queries and safety communications

5. Signal Detection & Regulatory Intelligence

  • Identify and escalate potential safety signals
  • Track and implement regulatory updates in India

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Oversight

  • Manage PV vendors and partners
  • Ensure SDEA (Safety Data Exchange Agreements) compliance

7. Training & PV Awareness

  • Conduct pharmacovigilance training sessions
  • Maintain training compliance records
