Roles & Responsibilities
As an Executive in Biotechnology, you will play a critical role in analytical development and characterization of biologics. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) based analytical methods
- Measure kinetic and equilibrium binding constants for proteins and peptides
- Perform analytical method qualification for pipeline products
- Characterize innovator product batches from different geographical regions
- Prepare Quality Target Product Profiles (QTPP)
- Conduct analytical similarity assessments for in-house products
- Draft Method Development Reports (MDR) and Analytical Test Procedures (ATP)
- Ensure laboratory operations comply with GLP regulations
- Operate and maintain SPR instruments and analytical equipment
- Manage inventory of chemicals, reagents, and consumables
- Perform calibration and troubleshoot analytical instruments
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology or a relevant life sciences discipline
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in biotechnology or analytical R&D
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with SPR or similar analytical techniques
- Knowledge of GLP compliance and regulatory standards
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Team collaboration and problem-solving mindset
