Lupin is primarily looking for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience in Production Filling and Production Packing operations.
Production Filling candidates should have experience in:
- Nasal and topical formulation filling
- Bottle filling and capping machines
- Tube filling machines
- Softbag filling machines
- Machine operation and manufacturing activities
Production Packing candidates should have experience in:
- Nasal formulation packing
- Sticker labelling machines
- Cartoning machines
- Printing and scanning systems
- Batch packing operations
- EBR in PAS-X environment
Production
- Operate filling and packing equipment
- Execute manufacturing activities as per SOPs
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Follow GMP documentation practices
- Ensure safe and compliant production operations
Quality Control
- Perform assay, related substances and physical testing
- Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer and pH Meter
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
QA & Microbiology
- Perform environmental monitoring activities
- Review microbiological data and records
- Media preparation and autoclave reconciliation
- Execute sampling activities in aseptic and controlled areas
- Review validation protocols and stability studies
- Maintain documentation and electronic data review
Eligible qualifications include:
- B.Pharm
- M.Sc.
- B.Sc.
- Diploma
- ITI
- Minimum 2 Years for Operator positions
- 2 to 10 Years for Quality Control positions
- 2 to 6 Years for QA and Micro Lab QA positions
Candidates should carry:
- Latest Resume
- Last three salary slips
- Revision/Increment letter
- Experience and relieving letters from previous organizations
Additional requirements:
- 60% marks are mandatory if experience is less than 5 years
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in Nasal, Derma, MDI, DPI or Ophthalmic formulations
- USFDA & MHRA regulatory exposure is mandatory
Expected Salary: ₹4,50,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (depending on qualification, experience and role)
