💼 Department Requirements & Eligibility:
Sun Pharma is recruiting across multiple specialized divisions. A minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant experience is required for all the following roles:
1. Manufacturing (Parenteral)
- Positions: Technician / Management Associate to Executive
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma
- Desired Profile: Experience in Aseptic processing, Autoclave operations, Vial filling, and QMS (Data investigation).
2. Manufacturing (OSD)
- Positions: Technician / Management Associate to Executive
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma
- Desired Profile: Expertise in Cyto / SH, Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Soft Gelatin Capsules.
3. Engineering (Parenteral & OSD)
- Positions: Management Associate to Executive
- Education: Diploma or BE (Instrumentation / Electrical)
- Desired Profile: Hands-on experience in Tablet and Parenteral Plant maintenance, Utilities, HVAC systems, and Water Systems.
4. Quality Control (OSD & Parenteral)
- Positions: Officer to Executive
- Education: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry), B.Pharma, or M.Pharma
- Desired Profile: Core skills in handling lab instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV, and FTIR. Experience in the analysis of RM, PM, IP, PV, FP, and Stability testing.
5. Quality Assurance (OSD & Parenteral)
- Positions: Officer to Executive
- Education: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc
- Desired Profile: Experience in IPQA, Line clearance, Deviation Investigations, and QA Validation processes.
6. Microbiology (QA & QC)
- Positions: Officer to Executive
- Education: M.Sc (Microbiology)
- QA Focus: Environmental monitoring, Media fill visual inspection, and Aseptic area monitoring.
- QC Focus: Water & Bioburden testing, Microbiological testing, Sterility & BET Testing, and Equipment IQ/OQ/PQ.
