Job Responsibilities
Analytical Research & Development (ARD/ADL)
- Perform routine analytical testing for API oncology products.
- Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry equipment.
- Develop and validate analytical methods.
- Prepare analytical reports and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and laboratory quality systems.
Chemical Research & Development (CRD)
- Work on API synthesis for oncology molecules.
- Handle synthesis activities in isolator systems.
- Perform process development and optimization.
- Support technology transfer activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and experimental records.
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis using UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, and Malvern instruments.
- Operate and calibrate HPLC systems.
- Prepare analytical worksheets, specifications, and MOA documents.
- Handle QMS documentation and laboratory compliance activities.
