Key Responsibilities
OSD Manufacturing
- Perform compression, coating, granulation, blending, and packing operations.
- Operate manufacturing equipment while following SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Ensure batch documentation and production compliance.
Injectable Manufacturing
- Execute aseptic manufacturing activities.
- Operate isolators and sterile manufacturing equipment.
- Follow cGMP and aseptic practices for regulated markets.
Quality Control
- Perform HPLC, FP, Stability, AMV, and Microbiology testing.
- Prepare analytical reports and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance
- Handle IPQA activities during manufacturing.
- Manage QMS documentation and document cell operations.
- Support stability studies and regulatory compliance.
Engineering
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD equipment.
- Support utility and plant maintenance operations.
- Ensure equipment qualification and operational reliability.
