Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting production operations
- Following GMP and company SOPs
- Maintaining production records and documentation
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment

- Working with cross-functional production teams
- Participating in structured on-the-job training

Starting Salary
- B.Sc: ₹2.2 LPA + up to ₹12,000 KPI-based quarterly incentive

- B.Tech: ₹3.0 LPA + up to ₹12,000 KPI-based quarterly incentive
Additional Increase After 12 Months Training
- Trainee Chemist: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 + Bonus
- PG Trainee Chemist: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 + Bonus
- Trainee Engineer (GET): ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 + Bonus
The additional increase is over and above the starting CTC and is applicable after successful completion of 12 months of training.
