The current recruitment drive offers positions ranging from Operator to Officer/Sr. Officer and Officer to Executive, with opportunities for candidates having 2–10 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience. Roles involve analytical testing, production operations, formulation development, analytical method development, validation, technology transfer and compliance with GMP/GLP requirements.
📌 Open Positions
1. Quality Control (QC) – Officer to Sr. Officer
- Designation: Officer to Sr. Officer
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability samples.
- Handle analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.
- Perform drug substance and Drug Product AMV activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP and regulatory requirements.
2. Production – Operator
- Designation: Operator
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Qualification: ITI
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor granulation and compression machines.
- Perform machine setup, configuration, adjustment and basic troubleshooting.
- Execute granulation activities according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and process parameters.
- Follow approved SOPs and manufacturing instructions.
3. Production – Officer to Sr. Officer
- Designation: Officer to Sr. Officer
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise and execute daily production activities according to approved production plans and schedules.
- Handle and monitor granulation, compression and coating operations.
- Ensure proper machine setup, operation, changeover and cleaning.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain production compliance.
4. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Designation: Officer to Sr. Officer
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical method development and validation for OSD formulations.
- Conduct method transfer activities to QC.
- Perform analysis using HPLC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus and GC.
- Handle documentation, specifications, STP and preparation activities.
5. Formulation & New Drug Development (FND)
- Designation: Officer to Executive
- Experience: 2–10 Years
- Qualification: M.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop formulations for tablets, capsules and other OSD dosage forms.
- Conduct pre-formulation and excipient compatibility studies.
- Execute lab-scale, pilot-scale and scale-up batches.
- Support technology transfer activities.
