Acutaas Chemicals Limited is expanding its team and conducting walk-in interviews for professionals in R&D, Quality Assurance (QA), Pilot Plant/PD Lab, and Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC). The opportunities are based at the company’s Sachin GIDC, Surat facility.

Walk-In Interview Details

Interview Schedule

1. R&D Department

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop new products and improve existing processes.
• Design, plan, and execute laboratory experiments.
• Analyze data and provide insights for process optimization.
• Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.

2. Quality Assurance (QA)

Key Requirements

• Experience in Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA).
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong documentation and compliance skills.
• Experience with audits and quality systems.

3. Pilot Plant / PD Lab

Key Responsibilities

• Execute pilot-scale process development studies.
• Scale up laboratory processes to plant level.
• Optimize yields, purity, and process efficiency.
• Support process validation and technology transfer.

4. Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning and scheduling.
• Material requirement planning.
• Inventory management and control.
• Ensure timely delivery and minimize disruptions.
