- Operate injectable aseptic manufacturing equipment.
- Follow GMP, GDP and ALCOA principles.
- Perform sterile and aseptic manufacturing activities.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
Injectable Packing
- Operate packing equipment efficiently.
- Execute visual inspection activities.
- Handle labeling, track & trace and cartonator machines.
- Maintain packing records as per SOPs.
QA Validation
- Perform qualification and validation activities.
- Prepare IQ, OQ and PQ documentation.
- Support validation of Autoclave, Tunnel, HVAC, UAF, DPB and related equipment.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.
Manufacturing
- Sterile and aseptic filling experience.
- Hands-on experience with injectable manufacturing lines such as:
- PFS
- Vial
- Microsphere
- Cartridge
- Ophthalmic
- Strong understanding of GDP, GMP and ALCOA practices.
Packing
- Experience operating:
- Cartonator
- Labeling machines
- Track & Trace systems
- Experience in MVI and AVI visual inspection.
- Packing line execution experience.
QA Validation
- Qualification protocol preparation.
- Validation of manufacturing equipment.
- Documentation for DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.
Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications along with the required pharmaceutical industry experience mentioned for the respective position. Applicants should have experience in injectable manufacturing, packing or QA validation based on the role applied for.
Salary will be offered based on qualification, experience and interview performance.
Expected Salary Range: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Approx., depending on role and experience).
