Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of indirect materials and services for manufacturing plants, corporate offices, and project sites.
- Manage sourcing activities for engineering and utility equipment.
- Support sourcing for HVAC, clean room, and water systems.
- Support procurement for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate requirements related to electrical and automation systems.
- Procure production support items.
- Manage sourcing needs for IT hardware/software.
- Support facility management services procurement.
- Handle EHS and utility consumables procurement.
- Support Capex and Opex requirements.
- Float RFQs/RFPs and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Develop alternative vendors and ensure competitive sourcing.
- Support vendor management activities.
- Assist in commercial and contract management.
- Support project procurement activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for procurement requirements.
- Maintain ERP and documentation related to procurement processes.
