Packing Visual Inspection
- Perform visual inspection of injectable vials for particles, cracks, chips and cosmetic defects.
- Ensure 100% line clearance and maintain area hygiene as per cGMP.
- Complete documentation for line clearance, batch records and related documents.
- Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during inspection activities.
Production Filling Operators / Officers
- Operate aseptic filling machines (vial line setup, adjustments and change parts).
- Execute aseptic processes according to SOPs.
- Perform vial washing, depyrogenation and sterilization activities.
- Complete in-process checks and documentation.
- Follow cGMP, data integrity and safety compliance requirements.
