Limited is conducting a Walk-in Drive for its Vaccine Division to recruit experienced professionals for Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance/DS) and Production – BFPL/Drug Product (DP) operations. The opportunity is suitable for candidates from vaccines, biosimilars and injectable manufacturing backgrounds, with openings for professionals having 1–9 years of experience. Candidates with M.Sc. in Life Sciences, B.Tech in Biotechnology or B.Sc. in Biotechnology can apply. Selected candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

💉 1. Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)
Candidates will be involved in manufacturing of biological drug substances and antigens.
Key responsibilities:
- Cell-culture-based bioreactor operations
- Master Cell Bank and Working Cell Bank maintenance
- Media preparation, filtration and sterilization
- Upstream processing of bacterial/viral antigens
- Downstream processing of bacterial/viral antigens
- Production QMS activities
- Handling Change Controls, Deviations and CAPA
💉 2. Production – Formulations / Drug Product
The role covers vaccine formulation and drug-product manufacturing activities.
A. Blending
- Manage shift plans for formulation activities
- Operate autoclaves
- Handle blending vessels
- Operate CIP & SIP skids
- Ensure formulation activities are performed according to approved procedures
B. Filling
- Manage filling shift plans
- Operate vacuum cleaners
- Handle tunnel sterilizers
- Operate filling and capping machines
- Follow GMP and manufacturing procedures during filling operations
C. Packing & Labelling
- Handle vial labelling and VVM dot machines with inspection systems
- Operate Videojet and Control Print printers for batch coding
- Handle Track & Trace systems
- Monitor cold-room and freezer temperatures
- Maintain appropriate production and packaging documentation

Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. – Life Sciences
- B.Tech – Biotechnology
- B.Sc. – Biotechnology
Experience: 1–9 years
Candidates with experience in vaccine manufacturing, biosimilars or injectable manufacturing will be particularly relevant.
