Available Positions
1. Technology Transfer (Formulation) – Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech Chemical / M.Pharm
Key responsibilities:
- Lead process scale-up from lab/pilot scale to commercial manufacturing.
- Optimize critical process parameters (CPPs) and material attributes (CMAs).
- Drive end-to-end technology transfer, including dossiers and BMR/BPR preparation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams for engineering, exhibit and validation batches.
2. Quality Control – Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm
Key responsibilities:
- Work on analytical method validation, verification and transfer.
- Handle IP/PF and stability testing using LC/GC/Spectroscopy.
- Work with OSD and PFOS, where applicable.
- Maintain knowledge of GxP/QMS requirements.
- Proficiency in Empower, LIMS, Nichlon, QAMS and DMS is required.
3. Formulation – Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews and finished-product evaluations.
- Gather relevant scientific and technical information.
- Develop, maintain and update laboratory systems and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, IQ/OQ/PQ documents, training records and related quality documents.
- Perform pre-formulation studies and laboratory trials.
- Prepare detailed development reports.
- Execute laboratory, pilot-scale and scale-up trials.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to process improvements, operational excellence and organizational development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess the qualification specified for the position they are applying for:
- B.Tech Chemical / M.Pharm – Technology Transfer (Formulation)
