QC BIOLOGICS

• QUALIFICATION: M.Sc. / B.Sc
• EXPERIENCE: 1 to 5 years of Biopharma experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Hands-on experience in microbiological testing techniques:
   
   Microbial Limit Testing (MLT)
   
   BET
   
   Sterility Testing
   
   Bioburden Analysis
   
   Swab Sampling & Testing
2. Experience in method validation and suitability studies for:
   
   MLT
   
   BET
   
   Sterility Testing
   
   Bioburden Testing
3. Hands-on in Bacterial Endotoxin Testing using:
   
   Kinetic Turbidimetric Method
   
   Chromogenic Method
   
   Recombinant Factor C (rFC) Method
4. Proficiency in:
   
   Culture Maintenance & Preservation
   
   Microbial isolate Identification
   
   Culture Suspension & Cryovial Preparation
   
   Microbiological Staining Techniques
5. Experience in operation & maintenance of VITEK 2 Compact System.
6. Responsible for sampling, microbiological testing & documentation.
7. Experience in microbial culture media preparation, growth promotion testing (GPT) & media qualification.
8. Perform EM & drain point monitoring, microbial analysis as per procedures.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory audits, data integrity (GDP) & GMP.

PRODUCTION – DOWNSTREAM (DS)

• QUALIFICATION: B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy/ M.Sc / B.Sc
• EXPERIENCE: 0-5 YEARS

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Column Packing & Unpacking
• AKTA Operation
• Chromatography
• Buffer Preparation
• TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration)
• Centrifuge Operations
• QMS Activities
