Key Responsibilities
Engineering
- Maintain utilities and instrumentation systems.
- Handle HVAC and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR requirements.
- Support engineering projects and preventive maintenance.
OSD Manufacturing & Packing
- Perform manufacturing and packing operations for oral solid dosage products.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and SOPs.
- Maintain batch documentation and production records.
Quality Assurance (IPQA / Validation & Qualification)
- Conduct in-process quality assurance activities.
- Perform equipment qualification and process validation.
- Review batch records and quality documentation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Packing Development
- Develop and improve pharmaceutical packaging processes.
- Coordinate packaging trials and documentation.
- Support packaging validation activities.
Quality Control
- Perform analytical testing using laboratory instruments.
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure compliance.
Microbiology
- Perform microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
- Conduct sterility testing and microbial analysis.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with GMP standards.
