Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Handle HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Stability, LCMS, and instrument-related documentation.
- Review analytical data and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Production
- Operate and supervise granulation, compression, coating, Fette, Glatt, Glanson, and printing equipment.
- Follow GMP and SOP guidelines during manufacturing.
Packing
- Operate CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, Cartonator, and packing machinery.
- Maintain packing documentation and compliance.
Analytical Method Validation (AMV)
- Perform method validation activities.
- Conduct dissolution studies and instrument calibration.
- Handle QC validation documentation.
Corporate Quality Control
- Review analytical documents.
- Work with LIMS and laboratory quality systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant qualification and experience for the respective position.
- Freshers can apply for Apprentice/Trainee positions.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical plants (USFDA/MHRA) is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing is preferred.
