Key Responsibilities
Production (API Fermentation / Filtration)
- Operate and monitor API fermentation and filtration processes.
- Execute batch operations in accordance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain production records and process documentation.
Quality Assurance
- Handle equipment qualification, validation, and QMS documentation.
- Perform line clearance, in-process quality checks, and documentation review.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Microbiology / Process Microbiology
- Perform culture preparation and microbiological testing.
- Handle environmental monitoring and cleanroom activities.
- Work with GLP, GDP, and autoclave operations.
ETP / ETP Lab
- Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) systems.
- Handle wastewater treatment processes in API/Chemical plants.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Quality Control
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC/GC-HS.
- Perform laboratory testing in accordance with GLP and GMP requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant educational qualifications and experience as specified for each role.
- Experience in API, fermentation, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments will be given preference.
