🏭 Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Following approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR) and SOPs.
- Operating production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, pumps and vacuum systems.
- Charging raw materials, solvents and chemicals according to approved procedures.
- Monitoring and recording critical process parameters such as:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Vacuum
- Agitator speed (RPM)
- pH
- Reaction time
- Addition rate
- Nitrogen pressure/flow
- Performing reactions, extraction, washing, filtration, centrifugation, drying and solvent recovery.
- Ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and cleared before operations.
- Maintaining cleanliness of production equipment and manufacturing areas.
