⚙️ Scope of Work
1. Pilot & Plant-Scale Batch Execution
- Monitor and support pilot/plant-scale batch execution for API and intermediate processes.
- Ensure adherence to approved process parameters and batch procedures.
2. Process Trials & Reactors
- Execute process trials and batches using cylindrical and lab-mimic reactors.
- Evaluate process performance.
- Generate data required for scale-up activities.
3. Critical Process Parameters
Monitor and record important process parameters, including:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- pH
- Addition rate
- Agitation
- Gas flow
- Vacuum
- Reaction time
- Solvent conditions
- Reaction completion
4. Laboratory & Cylindrical Reactor Trials
- Conduct and document lab-scale and cylindrical reactor trials.
- Understand process behaviour.
- Validate critical process parameters before plant-scale execution.
5. Scale-Up & Scale-Down
- Evaluate scale-up and scale-down challenges.
- Provide technically sound recommendations for successful technology transfer and execution at pilot/plant scale.
6. On-Floor Technical Support
- Provide technical support during pilot and commercial batch execution.
- Identify and promptly escalate critical process and safety concerns.
