- Maintaining batch documentation and production records.
- Coordinating with production and quality teams.
- Ensuring safety and compliance during manufacturing operations.
- Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in upstream fermentation processes.
- Knowledge of large-scale fermentation equipment.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
