Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:

• B.Sc. (Chemistry)
• M.Sc. (Chemistry) (preferred where applicable)
• Other Chemistry-related qualifications suitable for Production roles.

✅ Production Operations

• Perform production activities as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support manufacturing operations while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure proper handling of production equipment and materials.

✅ GMP & Quality Compliance

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Adhere to quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain production records and documentation accurately.

✅ Laboratory & Manufacturing Support

• Understand laboratory practices and analytical techniques.
• Assist in process monitoring and quality compliance.
• Support continuous improvement in production activities.

✅ Shift In-Charge Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production activities.
• Prepare and execute batch production plans.
• Supervise production teams and shift operations.
• Coordinate production scheduling for timely delivery.
• Implement productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing operations.
