1. AR&D Job – Research Associate

Position: Research Associate
Department: Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
Experience: Freshers / 1–4 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm / B.Pharm

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be involved in analytical research and pharmaceutical product development activities, including:

• Performing assay and related substances method development.
• Developing and optimizing methods for impurities and degradation products.
• Supporting dissolution method development activities.
• Supporting analytical method development during formulation development and scale-up.
• Conducting analytical trials and evaluating chromatographic data.
• Reviewing system suitability and analytical method performance.
• Monitoring stability study data and identifying stability trends.
• Identifying significant changes and degradation trends.
• Communicating analytical observations with relevant development teams.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following areas may have an advantage:

• Analytical Method Development
• HPLC

2. Quality Assurance Jobs – Officer/Executive

Position: Officer / Executive
Department: Quality Assurance
Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

The QA Officer/Executive will provide quality oversight for pharmaceutical development activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing QA oversight for formulation development and process development activities.
• Supporting manufacturing and development scale-up activities.
• Reviewing and approving development protocols and reports.
• Reviewing specifications, STPs, analytical methods, and development documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Reviewing development batches and exhibit or registration batches.
• Reviewing stability protocols and stability reports.
• Supporting technology transfer activities.
• Supporting process validation and cleaning validation.
• Handling and reviewing deviations and investigations.
• Managing Change Controls and CAPA.
• Reviewing OOS/OOT investigations.
• Participating in risk assessments.
• Coordinating with Formulation R&D, Analytical R&D, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
