Job Details

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• End-to-end ICSR case processing and management.
• Case intake, follow-up, database entry, peer review, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitoring and reconciliation of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
• Managing pharmacovigilance mailboxes and safety databases.
• Literature screening and monitoring for company products.
• Maintaining safety logs, trackers, and pharmacovigilance documentation.
• Supporting compliance reporting and providing safety metrics to QPPV.
• Assisting in product complaint handling and reconciliation activities.
• Responding to pharmacovigilance-related regulatory authority queries.
• Supporting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments.
• Preparing and authoring aggregate safety reports including PADERs, PSURs, and PBRERs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure PV compliance.

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) preferred

Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in:
  • ICSR Processing
  • Literature Screening
  • Aggregate Report Writing
  • Pharmacovigilance Compliance Activities

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Expertise in literature review and signal identification.
• Experience preparing PADER, PSUR, and PBRER reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
