- Knowledge of crystallization, filtration, drying, milling & packing
- Understanding of automation systems like SCADA/DCS/PLC
- SOP preparation and logbook maintenance
🧪 Quality Control
- Analytical testing of APIs and formulations
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, Auto-titrator & Polarimeter
- Knowledge of regulatory audits including USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, PMDA & TGA
✅ Quality Assurance
- Analytical method development and validation
- Handling LC-MS, GC-MS, HPLC, GC, IR & UV instruments
- Stability sample analysis and troubleshooting activities
🔬 Process Development
- Multistep organic synthesis knowledge
- Process optimization and cost reduction activities
- Strong process development expertise
⚠️ EHS
- Process, laboratory & chemical safety knowledge
- Understanding of GMP and safety regulations
- Coordination with PCB and Factory & Boiler departments
