🧾 Key Responsibilities
Ingredient & Formula Compliance
- Perform regulatory clearance of raw materials and formulations across APAC markets
- Ensure compliance with ASEAN Cosmetic Directive, China CSAR, India, Japan, Korea, Australia regulations
- Maintain accurate records in compliance systems
Impact Assessment & Risk Management
- Conduct regulatory impact assessments for product and supplier changes
- Develop mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams
- Escalate risks affecting approvals or product launches
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with R&D, Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams
- Act as a regional compliance SPOC for APAC portfolios
- Coordinate with external regulatory consultants
Implementation & Governance
- Support rollout of new regulatory requirements and change controls
- Track compliance actions and ensure timely execution
- Improve regulatory workflows and standardization
Knowledge Sharing
- Assist in training and onboarding programs
- Contribute to regulatory documentation and best practices
🎓 Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Life Sciences
- PG Diploma or Certification in Regulatory Affairs
Preferred:
- 4–5 years experience in regulatory affairs (FMCG / pharma / consumer healthcare)
- Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks
