Eligible qualifications include:
Production Machine Operator
- Graduate / B.Tech / B.Pharm – Minimum 4 years of industry experience and 1 year of training experience
- Post Graduate – Minimum 3 years of industry experience and 1 year of training experience
- Production Chemist / Production Biologist (Level 5 QP) – Minimum 2 years of industry experience and 1 year of training experience
- Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor – Minimum 4 years of training experience
Microbiologist
- B.Sc Graduates – 5 years of industrial experience
- B.Tech Graduates – 4 years of industrial experience
- M.Sc Graduates – 3 years of industrial experience
- M.Tech Graduates – 4 years of training experience
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality skill development programs.
- Providing practical and industry-oriented training.
- Supporting virtual reality-based learning for sterile manufacturing.
- Training candidates in QC Microbiology concepts and laboratory practices.
- Sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
- Assisting learners in developing technical and professional skills.
- Maintaining training quality standards in collaboration with LSSSDC.
