- Supervising packing activities and ensuring product quality
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets
Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality functions, along with:
- 2–12 years of relevant industry experience (department-wise)
- Experience in injectable/parenteral manufacturing
- Good understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Note: Parenteral experience is required.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹3,50,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (depending on role, experience, and interview performance).
