Key Responsibilities
Depending on the department, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Product research and development activities.
- Engineering design, automation, and maintenance.
- Production planning and manufacturing operations.
- Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and IPQC activities.
- Regulatory Affairs documentation and compliance.
- Tool design and plastic moulding operations.
- Purchase and supply chain coordination.
- Human Resources functions including recruitment, talent acquisition, training, and employee development.
- Operations Excellence and process improvement initiatives.
- Project execution and facility management.
Required Skills
- Relevant experience in the medical device or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and manufacturing processes (where applicable).
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
